I work at a Kroger where ClusterTruck is located. I?ve used them 5 times and I am very pleased with how efficient they are. I?ve... never had to wait more than 7 minutes. Their pizza is really delicious. The convenience alone has made me a repeat customer. Imet with one of their staff a few days before their grand opening and he politely walked me through how to download the app andplace orders. Now it literally takes me 30 seconds to place my order. Quick lunch for a busy day, I ordered the spicy chick pea bowl, tomato bisque and cheese pizza. All they need online for a pick... up is your order choice and phone number - pretty intuitive process. My order was ready in 12 minutes!!! I was pretty damnimpressed cause it was around 12 pm on a Saturday and I assumed a long wait. My pick up was inside Kroger (just to the left assoon as you enter) and I was out in less than 1 minute. The packaging, presentation and taste were stellar. Just as and morethan I expected! This is seamless customer service where I don?t have to wait in long lines, then wait to be seated and thenwait another 30 mins for food. Yes there are days I would like an elaborate meal but , there are days I am in a mad rush and Istill would like fresh food. Will be coming back- highly recommend! Read more

I LOVE ClusterTruck! Compared to other food delivery apps, ClusterTruck has changed the game! I?m always impressed by the low... wait time when I order & it?s so refreshing to not be inundated with fees at checkout. Pairing a very high-quality product with exceptional customer service is... a winning formula and one that will keep this "ClusterTrucker" coming back again and again! Never had anything on your menu thatwasn't excellent and that goes for the chicken strips and spicy chickpea wrap we just ordered. The strips were big, juicy andhad just the right amount of batter and my better half said the wrap was the best she's ever had.
