Horrible portions. Burrito was literally 4 inches long. Nothing but rice. Done with chipotle. Was denied a second scoop of... carnitas after getting 5 strands of pork in the initial scoop. Charging 5 dollars for an extra "scoop" if carnitas. Read more
Such a bummer, felt bad for the employee prepping my food they were out of veggies/chicken/steak. There was nothing on the grill... and it appeared everyone was scrambling to refill missing ingredients. The online order team did not appear to be able to keepup with the orders coming in. I absolutely love the online order drive through pick up option. I work just across the street so it feels wasteful to order... delivery but this way I could order easily online and just pop over without having to spend a lot of time in the store. Ok first of All while waiting in line , observed that employee eating the chips while working putting his hand in the whole bowl... of chips, no hair nest at all for anyone working , young guys with a little longer hair and beard.
