Manager was rude. Dropped my Sprite in my truck (obviously completely my fault) and asked for a new one because I just didn?t... think it would be that big of a deal. Incredible customer service. I dont even live near this location, but every time I'm in Carmel for my braces I stop in for... breakfast, and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you for everything you guys do. Read more
The prices are ridiculous. I didn't know how much I needed to pay until I got to the window. If I would have known that a medium... whopper meal was going to cost me $10.02 I would have ordered differently. Read more
Prices have increased exponentially as quality has flattened at best and more likely declined. The bread always comes across as... stale and the burgers generally lack flavor. Sprinkle some flaked salt for heaven's sake. Read more
Manager refused our service because we were in a work van that clearly met the 8' clearance. The manager said he does not allow... vehicles with a ladder rack to enter and when we pointed out the truck in front of us which was lifted and had a ladder rack hesaid he "yelled" at him for it. I told the manager he had no right to yell at anybody especially if they meet the 8' clearanceand there was no signs posted stating vehicles could not enter if they were equipped with a ladder rack.
