The only the reason I would give this place a 2 star was because of the waitress. She is over worked and handled herself very... good. Now the food was something you get from a mediocre fast food . The fries was as old as yesterdays trash . The bonelesswings was so dry that you can bite into one and dust would come out of it . I ordered for the boneless BOGO deal they have on Thursdays. When I got to the restaurant, I mentioned wanting the BOGO deal,... they went back and talked to the manager, came back and said the person who took my order messed up and I got the entire thingfree. I will never order from here again. Last weekend, I ordered twice in total through Door Dash. Friday night I had ordered 20... wings - with multiple sauces ON THE SIDE. When delivered, did not receive any sauces, even the ones I paid extra for. Iconsidered it was because it was a busy night. So I ate the wings for dinner as I had already paid for them. Next day I doordashed 30 wings, but this time I called to make sure my order had the sauces. The girl I spoke with on the phone said theycouldn't make any changes to my order - I just asked to have all the sauces on the side. Later my door dash delivered and it wasa disaster. 30 wings with NO SEASONINGS AND NO SAUCE. I was livid. I drove to Buffalo Wild Wings and asked to have my ordercorrected from the girl at the counter. The other reviews stating about a girl rolling her eyes during phone calls - same girlas she was on the phone before she spoke with me. She went into the back and handed me the sauces and I returned to my carbefore checking the bag she had handed me. I got 5 sauce cups barely full of two dry seasonings and 3 wet sauces (one parmesangarlic and 2 buffalo sauces). My bf had to go inside to handle it as I was beyond livid and didn't want to be rude to thegirl. He returned and told me that they had argued with him and said they make their dry rub seasoning AFTER they've cookedtheir food. I'm sure they do right after it's been taken out of they fryer and not sitting for 30 minutes. They said they couldgo in the back to get more sauces, but we didn't want to chance anything happening to our food.... Ordered chicken strips and french fries and asked for the fries to be hot right out of the fryer. When I got my order the fries... were barely warm. Sent them back but they were barely warmer. My husband ordered wings and asked for all flats. When he gotthem there were 2 flats and4 drummets. The celery pieces were tough as nails. The only good part about the meal was the onionrings. I go to this location simply because it is the closest to me. And each time I’ve gone the service hasn’t been the best, but... today was what did it for me. I got in and waited a little close to 5 minutes, then 3 staff walk passed me and all saw me, twoof them even walked passed twice and each time just looked at me. I understand that, that might not be their place to work, buta simple someone will be with you would have sufficed. And then when someone came they weren’t the nicest. Horrible Customer Service. Went there Friday-Night. Arrived when my order stated it was ready.. Was told by Counter Lady it... would be another 15 minutes which was fine. I came back in and it was not ready. She stated she could not find my order from myname. I showed her the receipt email on my phone and she stated it was not correct. But it came from Buffalo Wild Wings. Shethen brought out another odder for another person named John. I asked for a manager. Manager came out and basically told me hewas cooking and did not have time to deal with me. Told me it would be another hour on my order. He did not want to help or doanything for me. I would not recommend going to this location and the management could care less about their customers. Theycare about getting the big sports teams into their location for food. My husband and I stopped for lunch about 1:40pm. No one to seat us, as the person behind the register plays with a pen, tapping... etc. the owner/manager seats us. I go to women’s bathroom, no paper towels. The gentleman waiting on us, had a head and facefull of hair- to which there was hair on one of our menus. A fly swarming around. We both order 10 wings each, different sauces,one sauce wasn’t available, had to choose another sauce. Wings came out in literally 3 minutes. Wings were not tossed insauce, they just had sauce drizzled over the top of them, not to mention wings were on the same tray, leaving the wing sauces tobe mixed all over each other. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for vegetarians because they didn’t have enough options. All I had was mozzerella... sticks, carrots and celery. Also, some of the food my family ordered were too cold and there was a big mess under our table. However, we still had a good time even though things didn’t turn out the way we had hoped. Read more
