I had happened to drive by and see the Big Lug sign on River Road. I was excited to have a spot that was a quick bike ride from... home. Stopped for lunch today with a coworker and had a great meal. Soup was great and Heather took great care of us. I hopethis place hangs around as you would never assume it was back there. Will be back for sure. Read more
We went here on a Saturday night at 7pm and we were the only ones here. We got several appetizers, onion rings, breaded... mushrooms (cold) and wings (way overcooked and inedible). The meal came and it really went down hill. My husband got the tatertot nachos and they were awful. They switched several of our meals and sides, so only two out of the 6 meals were right. Weended up not eating two of the meals so they comped them for us, but the manager never bothered to come out. By the end therewas one more two top in the whole restaurant. Service was just ok, but we will never be back. It's a shame too because we livein the neighborhood and it would have been nice to have something close. Read more
Would be 5 stars if they didn?t change their menu. I loved their salads and sandwiches before the change, especially the... Willie?s Special (in a wrap). For whatever reason they got rid of the more traditional Big lug menu and went more the Sahm?sdirection. Staff and location are perfect. Read more
