This has to be one of the best Arby's locations. Not that the others are bad, but the employees here are top notch. The store is... generally clean, condiments are stocked and a clean table doesn't require a search. This is definitely a pinnacle in the Arby'schain. Read more

We love going to Arby's. Our favorite location is the Westfield/Carmel Arby's. We usually use coupons and they never ask for... them. That means we can use our coupons over and over and this Arby's makes more money. Other locations always take the couponsthe first time which means that the coupons can only be used once. We also love their menu. Our favorites are Greek gyro, any oftheir roast beef sandwiches, jalapeno bites, curly fries, the French dip sandwich and italian sub. The inside is open from10am-5pm if you want to dine in. Otherwise, their drive thru is open from 10am-8pm. Read more

Seems like this place doesn't want to work from previous comments. Dining room closes at 5 but there were workers out in the lot... goofing off and being lazy where they could have fed customer. Drive thru was closed as well. On top of that I was stared atrudely as if they don't care about guests. Will not be back ever to this location and wouldn't be surprised if this placecloses. Read more
