Good customer service, food wasn't that great. Quesadilla burger was soggy couldn't eat it. Definitely was a waste of money.
Went for the steak and shrimp. Both were excellent, as was the service. However, the cocktail sauce has changed since they... last ran this promotion. I didn't like it at all, and ended up finishing the shrimp without the sauce. Read more
I asked my family to take me to Applebees because my son loves their menu options. There was about 12 of us on Sunday Aug 7 and... they all did an amazing job. Zander was our server he was great. He kept checking on us and constantly making sure we were takencare of. I appreciate Zander's attitude and his manager Erwin was great. My family wanted to go to a few other restaurants but Ichose Applebees for my birthday and I am glad I did. Everyone was super nice and the food was great. I hadn't been here in years and it was really great, and open late after a weeknight concert. For apps, we had pretzels, which... were absolutely amazing perfectly doughy and crispy with a pretty great cheese sauce, which was mild and great with fries. Thewonton Taco appetizer was honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten :-) Hubs had a bacon burger, that was huge, anddelicious, I devoured half of my impossible Burger (and later reheated leftovers in my air fryer- nearly just as good) I reallycan't believe how great Applebees is and I am super annoyingly picky... Close to closing and the staff welcomed us in as though they had just opened. Food was very good. Service was awesome
Food was good! Service was good and the prices are good. Applebee's is always a safe bet for a solid meal.
We were the only two at the bar and it took forever to get waited on. Our food was barely warm. We had to ask for silverware and... plates. Beer was cold, is the only good thing I can say about our visit. This was our second and last time with terribleservice. I understand short staffing but the bartender should have at least acknowledged the terrible service, which she didn't!Awful service!!! Read more
