**updated** I go into this place often for growler fills now that I have been in town a while. I honestly do love this place... it's got a great atmosphere wonderful beer selection and an overall good menu. I have an egg allergy so I don't eat here veryoften but my children love their burgers. A year so ago I wrote a negative review here because I have an egg allergy and theycouldnt promise my food would be egg free. They don't necessarily cater to my egg allergy but they're very friendly and have alot of other things that I enjoy so I want to update my review to match my experience. **original review** I went to thisplace expecting a great burger in a fun little town. Sadly, they couldnt even tell me what ingredients were in there food. Ihave a food allergy and not knowing the contents of your food is unacceptable. When I asked that they cook my food in aseparate pan, they told me that they would use the same spatula and so forth so no matter what I'd get cross contamination. Thewaitress was flippant and apathetic to my allergies and treated us pretty much like trash. Overall the menu was pretty lame,the customer service was non existent and I felt as if I was a burden rather than a valued customer. I would avoid eating here! Read more
Carlton, Oregon is a great town and Carlton Corners is a great restaurant. A Carlton Corner burger was my first dinner in... Oregon. I ate it while listening to the local high school rock band. The sign board outside advertised it as, ?AC/DC meets NeilYoung. ? I drank a couple of beers and sat with the band members parents. It was such a great night that I had an equally goodbreakfast there the next day. It was such a good place and such an excellent town that I decided to buy a place up the street. Read more

Great breakfast and great value. Don?t be put off by the fact that it is attached to a gas station the food is very good and... nice to sit outside in the summer. View got the skillet and my wife got the biscuits and gravy. Read more
This place is a freaking treasure. We make a point to end all our wine tasting adventures here and we have always left happy. It... carries the small town charm in a surprising location (I think of it as a friendly diner with a gas pump instead of a gas pumpthat serves food). The beer is cold, the burger and fries absolutely filling, and the service impeccable (Heather is a rockstar). Do yourself a favor and wrap up your day of wine tasting here ... you won't be disappointed. Read more
Without doubt the least pretentious, most economical and incredibly delicious place to eat in Carlton. Referred to locally... simply as "the gas station" it literally is a diner attached to the gas station on the main corner in Carlton. The menu includesold school comfort food such as Chicken Fried Steak, and they have daily specials such as Meatloaf on Mondays. For drinks theyhave local beers, cider and various red and white wines by glass. Check it out! Read more
