First time i ordered from them , it was amazing , second time i ordered they messed up my order . I ordered pesto pasta with 6... pieces of shrimp , and paid extra . Got ONE piece of shrimp . They couldnt do nothing about it . K . Third time which wastonight they gave me someone elses complete order named christine and couldnt fix it . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .Ridiculous. Can agree with past posts that say the customer service here is bad. Place was nearly empty except for one table. Was ordering... when the girl literally walked away then we were left wondering if our order was even heard. Three employees present. The air isdense here. Was pretty hard getting their attention to pay and was not handed a receipt instead he just balled it up. Pizza wasfine tho. Read more
We order from Master every Friday - the pizza is great, the online ordering is a breeze and it?s so easy to customize what we... want. A special shout out to the staff who happened to notice I accidentally reversed the toppings on our usual order and let meknow so we could correct it. (Saved me from some angry teen eaters!) Very poor experience. I ordered a custom salad. Although there was no line, it took the girl a very long time to make my salad.... I paid extra for the avocado and I saw her take the half avocado out of the fridge and it was brown. She threw out most of theavocado and sliced up with what was left. She left me with practically nothing. I tried asking her questions but she spoke zeroEnglish. Salad tasted decent at best. Very unhappy with the experience. Read more
