So funny that they have 4 stars because all the reviews are correct. I don?t write reviews, but the staff (no matter who they... seem to hire) is immature and have no customer service. I got to the drive thru and I was greeted with ?yo Dunkin?. They playaround while you?re paying at the window, just really bad customer service here. I only come here because they closed the LittleFerry location, but just gonna have to take the drive to 46. I hope their management reads these reviews at some point, butdoesn?t seem like they care either since I have yet to see a good employee here. Read more
This dunkin was my savor when it opened as it was conveniently located right by my job making my morning coffee grab and go... seamless. Sadly, the quality and service has only gotten worse, especially over the past 5 months. My order is always wrong orthey try to give me something I did not order (especially when I repeated myself 3 times over the speaker) and the drive throughline always run out into the street and takes almost a half hour to 45 minutes to finally get through to the window because theinside service is extremely slow or uncaring. Today was the 4th time this year I order ahead payed and got NOTHING!!! They had the door closed and even after calling to the... number they have registered on the app ( no answer btw) I gave up cause I was late for work, this is by far the worst Dunkin?,wrong orders, bad coffee and even if you order ahead you have to way for over 5 minutes ???????????? I just ordered a medium latte with double espresso shot and chocolate frosted donut with no sprinkles. I had to repeat it few... times, for the person to understand. All of a sudden this lady comes on the intercom and rudely says; yeah, yeah sir, weunderstand. I go to the window and get my order. Few miles down the road, I realize she gave me sprinkles anyway. Instead ofconcentrating on being rude, listen to your customers better. Read more
This is the place with the worst customer service I have visit in my all whole life! My husband asked her for a bagel with light... butter and you can see what they gave him, I had to throw it away. Not coming to this place anymore!!!!! Read more
