Palkis is definitely the best Indian take outs I have tried in this city. Excellent food; service is great, very good prices,... big portions and on terms of quality this is some of the best onion bhaji and naan you will find in Ottawa. It' is more of atake out and banquetevents spot than dine in but the food is excellent and that's fortunate as it's also the only place sellingsomething other than pizza or fries for 40km in any direction. That place has disgusting service if there would have an option for 0 star I would have given that. I can understand that... restaurant is busy for customer greetings but there is no way to talk to customers like if customer is going to dine in and theperson is asking ?Hey, What are you doing?? If they are busy then they can politely talk or put a note asking that we are nottaking any more customer. Good food with bad customer service is not going make customers happy. It's good restaurant with party hall. Staff is so co-perative they helped in all way. Food is good. Nice place for dining. They also have a huge hall for 210+ people. Very economical and good quality food. They also have... Motel/Hotel if you have guests coming for your event. Owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them. 10 out10 for customer service. Read more
