This placed barely opened up so of course it's going to be packed and have long wait times. People just need to be patient until... the business has been open longer and the mania dies down especially when making huge orders. My food was good and hot, Iordered on the app and the ready time was off a little but it was clearly because the store was packed. I'm sure the wait timeswill get better once the location has a chance to settle. Read more

They won?t answer the phone, and the online ordering is disabled. Impossible to actually get their food without waiting an hour... in person. Read more

Worst Wingstop I?ve been to! Horrible customer service the managers suck their. They only had one cashier taking our order and... phone orders while nobody was helping. Everybody looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Poor girl was the sweetestperson I?ve met. Definitely don?t recommend going there. They need more people or just people with better attitude. Fire the manager!! I placed my order that told me it would be 30 minutes I went in 35 minutes later they told me it was gonna be... another hour, If they would have told me when I ordered it was gonna be that long I would have walked out now I'm stuck herewaiting for an hour and a 1/2 for my order! fire this manager!!!! Barely put sauce on the wings they are technically plain and when asking to put sauce they tell you, ?next time put wet on ur... order.? Like next time put the right amount of sauce on the wings I shouldn?t have to pay extra for regular amount of sauce.Very rude girl who attended me and ignored phone calls I called 8times and she was not busy and I know because I was outside andit was cold and didn?t want to get off to order and online was glitching.
