We had a really bad experience here. My son is autistic, they couldn't understand his order and he repeated it twice I said it... once. He ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a strawberry shake. They gave him a cheeseburger with everything and astrawberry lemonade. I went back u counter and repeated order again... the guy in kitchen had to be told 3 times ketchup only. Waited a good 10 minutes then worker asked if we got our food, I said no not yet. Kitchen worker said he Ajay handed it out.Apologetic but had no clue what they were doing. I asked for a manager but no manager was in. Very bad service... by the time Igot my son's order my food was cold.... no offers of coupons or anything else just a sorry. I'm editing this review and bumpingit up to 3 stars because the manager Natalie called me back and apologized. She offered me a free meal and shake and asked me togive them another chance. Since the manager is trying to make it right I raised the rating for the accommodation and a managercontact. Thank you. Read more
About what you expect in fast food in Carlsbad, EXCEPT for the smile and friendly service at the drive through window. She was... actually trying to provide service to her customers!! I WAS shocked! The 4th star here belongs to the lady at the window alone.Well done! Read more
Cooked to order. Hot food. Order was correct. Better than expected. First time visit. Definitely coming back. Staff was awesome.
First time visit to Carlsbad store. 8 dogs today...4 with kraute...4 chile cheese dogs. Krauts and chile barely covered ti... wiener. Forgot the cheese...buns stale...VERY stale. So disappointing. Will go to Roswell next time. No excuse for suchpoorly made dogs. Learned my lesson...an expensive lesson. Considered taking them back and making the "clerk" eat them. Read more
I love Wienerschnitzel and was so excited when this one finally opened. We waited in the very long drive thru. They were very... quick and the food was pretty good but that is were it ends. I had gone to the main site and looked for our location. One of myfavorite things about Wienerschnitzel is the coupons. I saved one for $2 jalapeno poppers. An employee brought us a paper menuto the car while we waited with no prices. When it was my turn to order the very nice employee informed me they were notaccepting coupons. Okay no biggie. Moving on we decided we would get a crowd pleaser because it seemed like the best deal. Themenu board said the #7 Crowd Pleaser was $28.99. That seemed higher than the other locations I had been to but living inCarlsbad I was use to that. When I got to the window my total was $34.30. That seemed like a lot of tax. Turned out the CrowdPleaser was $31.86 not $28 99. I asked them about it and they told me that they were having issues and the prices on the menuwere not accurate. So I had to just pay $3 more. We paid and I complained the whole time we ate our very expensive lunch. Itjust didn't taste as good going through all that and I haven't been back. Really dissapointing. TL:DR Good food. Prices weredifferent at window than on menu board. Didn't take coupons. Read more
