This was my first time ever going to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and it was a awesome experience. The food was delicious... ???? and the waitress was really nice and kept checking on us. And of course the cheesecake was delicious too. I woulddefinitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice meal. Read more
We got there pretty late knowing the wait could be up to an hour. We weren't seated till 45 minutes before closing. We chose to... sit outside because we had our dog with us. Our server was a recent hire and had a hard time getting the bread and drinks out tothe table in a timely manner. However, as the restaurant cleared out, the rest of the service was prompt. The staff were veryfriendly and accommodating. They had run out of chicken, so we had to substitute for one of the dishes (even though the managercame a little later and notified us that they were making our original order... We got the substitute.) Still, the food wasamazing and everyone loved their desserts. Update: We were seated inside this time (opted for 1st available) as most were onthe wait-list for a patio table. Our server was a delightful woman with a gentle accent. She was perfect: gave us just the rightamount of time to decide what we were ordering, got our orders right, brought our drinks and food out right away, and was justvery charming to my kids. Everyone loved their dishes so much that two of us couldn't even take a bite of our dessert. We orderthe loaded potato tots as an appetizer and I got the salad with beets, avocado, citrus, and arugula (so good). Two of us orderedburgers (stuffed cheese and bacon bacon), two ordered pasta (spaghetti and meatballs and the Bistro shrimp), and the birthdayboy ordered the truffle honey chicken cutlets (outstanding). The everything flatbread pizza was delicious but I was a little disappointed by the house salad. Tossed greens and 4 small... tomato wedges pre-tossed with blue cheese dressing. If you're like me I'd like to add my dressing myself. I also had a drinkwith my meal and I have to say that was done very well. I feel their food is a bit overpriced we paid over $100 for three peopleat lunch. Read more
When we went there the first time the sauce was watered down, pink, and sweet tasting. The manager apologized and sent a gift... card in the mail to make things right. We decided to use the gift card today and I ordered a well done burger and received this.Also ordered extra kimchi and received none. Not even worth calling for a refund as we don't plan to eat here again. Read more

Food was excellent but it seems like they're "out of" several dishes fairly often (out of 3 visits, they were out of at least 1... dish each time). Parking is always a pain when it's not basically dead at the mall. A good tip, get on the wait list earlyusing the website then it's not a bad wait when it's busier. Read more
