Been wanting to try this place for a while and honest it was such a disappointment. The salad bar was good but compared to... other Brazilian steak houses, it fell short. The salad was fresh and the smoked salmon were the only things I liked from thesalad bar. When I flipped my table card to green and the meats started coming they were a little boring and I just thoughtmaybe it’s just the lame meats getting out the kitchen but then the more I tried the more i was disappointed.. but one thingthe meats all had in common.. was that they were still raw.. so much blood filled my plate and it was so displeasing.. Iprobably sat there for 20 minutes until I asked for the check and just cut my loses.. this is unacceptable for the price theycharge and it also extremely concerning. Finally thoughts, take the drive down south to a better Brazilian steak house. It wibe worth it. Read more

After coming back from Rio de Janeiro we tried the local Brazilian BBQ. The food was great! The caipirinhas can not get even... close to the flavors served in Brazil. Read more

I came for my birthday and immediately this turned into my all time favorite restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, the display,... the menu, and even the drinks are amazingly good. The service is top notch. All the different types of food you can get isreally impressive. This is like an all you can eat buffet with waiter services to allow you to just sit and enjoy your food.Definitely a recommend if you love chicken or steak! Read more

Very nice brazillian steakhouse in east carlsbad. Located in the mall accross from cheesecake factory. I really enjoyed the... decor. Lots of backlit onyx. The food is fresh and plentiful. Nice touches like wine mushrooms and shaved Parmesan cheese. Theyare frequent and generous with the meat, which is excellent quality and flavor. Lamb to fillet mingnon. The place is adafriendly with parking, seating (comfy chairs), did not check the bathroom. One snag: they do not offer free water. It is $7.50a bottle. Good water, but free filtered tap would have been preferred. Overall, fantastic experience, fantastic all you can eatfood, and fantastic decor and location. A+ Read more

Great service, good meats, a little pricey but overall worth it. Our experience was on a Tuesday night in early January during... Omicron... was a great time to get good service since the place wasn't crowded. We had excellent service from the hostesses, the server, the meat-couriers, and the manager throughout. Each were wearing masks which we thought made us feel safer. This isnot a classic restaurant where you sit down and order from a menu, but instead there is a self-serve salad bar, and meatcouriers walk around the building with giant skewers of various meats, delivering cuts of those meats to your table in theamounts you desire. You pay for the meat service, the salad bar, any drinks you have, and any dessert you want. This restaurantallows you to bring your own bottle of wine for a fee of $20 which we thought was excellent value since bottles can run $40 ormore typically. The other bonus of bringing your own wine is that you aren't waiting around for the server to bring you thewine-- it's already right there for you! We ordered a salad bar, brought our own wine, and sampled as many meats as we could. Here is a breakdown of our experience and what you may experience on your own visit: Salad bar: small, but good selection, fresh items, good flavor, interesting twists on classic vegetables like the tabuleh salad and the spicyolives. Meats: Parmesan Chicken: dry and tough. likely overcooked. flavor was lost Pork: dry and tough, no real flavor Lamb:good flavor but a little dry Filet mignon: outstanding. Great flavor, cooked perfectly, very juicy, not too tough braziliansausage: excellent, great savory flavor, not too dry, beef ribs: great flavor, falls apart easily, cooked perfectly flank steak:very good, tender, juicy, cooked perfectly, interesting spices spicy sirloin: good, not great. Spice flavor wasn't there, meat alittle tough the best meats were the flank steak and the filet mignon; the worst meats were the white meats chicken and pork.Lam Read more
