Worst experience in fast food in a long time. They skipped our order and about 3 families got their food before us. I went to... the counter and the team lead (manager was on break and could not be disturbed) just looked at me and asked what order number wehad. I told him and he asked around and when no one told him they had made our food he just shrugged and said, "Okay, we'll makeyour food right now." No apologies or any offering to make things right, just an 'oh well'. To add insult to injury, the drinkswere all watered down. Their iced tea was just water. Ordered a Nacho bell grande, Two supreme chalupas, crunch wrap supreme, and six crunchy tacos. All were very well put together... and very tasty. Also ordered a quesadilla but unfortunately it didn't make it in the bag at the drive through I guess. Read more

I have never left bad reviews before for restaurants but I feel myself in the situation to do so. Today I experience how bad the... customer service is: I have placed an order for food and drinks for two people and one of the drinks never arrived. Imagine thedisappointment I've went through drinking regular water instead of the drink I've paid for. Of course I called Taco Bell 6 timesand nobody picked up and when I tried to get in touch with Uber Eats using the app I've got an error message saying that thehelping center is not available but my complaint got registered. This is the reason I will never order again from Taco Bell andwhy I will probably quit paying my Uber monthly subscription at the end of the month. Read more

This location is the 2nd worst Taco Bells in our neighborhood. It is 2nd because the other one closes at 7pm due to staffing... issues. In last night's drive thru experience, I had to go through twice because I couldn't add to my order at the window. Under the circumstances of being short staffed, this was understandable. In the 1st round, I ordered Pepsi Zero but was givenDiet Pepsi because they were out of Zero. I'm ok with them running out, but was not ok with not being notified and given otheroptions. I was only made aware when I went through the 2nd time. When we got home, all of our crunchy tacos were crushed tothe point that they resembled nachos and the crunch wrap supreme was missing the crunch ingredient. Overall, we can sympathizefor their staffing issues but sacrificing quality for whatever reason is just poor practice. If it wasn't for my wife wantingTaco Bell food, I would have stopped supporting this business a long time ago. On top of that, I've complained to corporate andhave heard nothing back. Read more

At 11:46 pm Wednesday may 25th me and my boyfriend were hungry trying to order food, the person taking the orders in the drive... thru working was completely intoxicated. there was nobody else in line just us, Worker tried saying they had no chicken , thenthey kept insisting that I order 4 of a item I said I only wanted one of. I said forget it and drove away AS I DROVE THROUGH THEWINDOW THE WORKER OPENED THE WINDOW AND FLIPPED US OFF??
