I was ahead of the line and they made everyone drink first before my coffee. Was there for 10 minutes and they added so much... milk. Also the coffee was so water down. They are slow and they made my coffee for last. Read more

No bad, customer service could improve, as far as the coffee; it was alright, but a bit to much syrup this time around.

Usually good, but this time my Cafe mocha tasted awful! Had to throw it away! Idk if it was old milk or old coffee or what but... it was gross! By the time I started drinking it, I was already gone from the store. I'll get a free one next time I go through,saving my receipt! Read more

The staffs are rude, long wait and they can't get your order right. But the staff will make your experience here the worst... experience ever. They do not care about customers. Suggestions staff don't work at a place where it involves people, if youcan't be friendly and hate your job don't work here. Its worst if going through drive thru. Read more

I waited 10 minutes in the drive through. I ordered two drinks, one of my drinks had sweetener and I had asked for NO sweetener.... It was a simple mistake so I was not upset until I got off the car and went inside. I patiently waited in line and told ashleywhat had happened she said they would make a new one. She DID NOT apologize... Ashley was speaking to a man with an all blackshirt while he was eating and laughing by the register In front of customers ( he had no name tag)as I continued to wait 10minutes more for my iced black coffee. Finally, billy saw that I had been waiting for a while. He made my coffee and sincerelyapologized. I thanked him that he actually noticed and cared about customers! Drive through staff and all other staff were verypolite and working as fast as possible. I guess we all don't have decent work ethics to apologize and make sure I'm taken careof since I had to take time out of my day to write this and go back to get my corrected coffee Read more
