at 530p I went direct to pieolgy website. Ordered 3 pies and waited almost 2 hours. But an hour and half in we got a call from... the GM. She was apologizing about the wait and was concerned about our order. We didn?t even call to complain, she was proactiveand took ownership to personally call and apologize.
