Way too crowded on a rainy day and not stroller friendly. Food is good but not a good sit down place to enjoy food when crowded.

This staff is LAZY! I placed an order online through the Panera app for delivery but forgot to put the suite number. I called... Panera to make it not so difficult for the delivery driver. The staff who answered the phone located my order and stated thatshe can only change the suite number this one time for me, but will never do it again. Rude, and lazy. Just do your job! Sorryfor trying to make life a little easier for the driver!! I used to work at Panera and know how things work, so for the staffmember to say that and say that is pure laziness.
