We love KFC, its always busy so other people obviously love it too. I?m glad it has survived staying open through the pandemic... since many other local restaurants did not. Unfortunately its service and food are struggling, not sure if the employees hateworking there but they are mean and rude, and the food you can tell is poor quality and just not the same. Colonel Sanderswould be embarrassed of the rock hard biscuit I got today, and the watery mash potatoes. ???? I hope someone in corporate readsthis and fixes the issue, so we can get back to delicious food and happy service like before. Read more
Sign/online says they close at 12:00 so it kind of sucks to arrive 50 minutes before closing to find everything shut down early... and the staff joking inside only to hide when they see me pull up. Not many places are open at that time so driving a gooddistance for one that's supposed to be but isn't was more than disappointing Read more
I drove up to the drive thru today 7-21-22 at 2:30pm and I ordered the 12 pc meal only to be told that I had to wait 30 minutes... for my chicken. This is absurd you should have plenty of chicken and should not have customers wait 30 minutes for chicken. 10minutes I can maybe understand but 30 minutes is very unprofessional Read more

Great food. However, time management is not their friend. 15+ minutes waiting in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me! I... believe they just don't know how to handle dining room orders and drive thru at the same time. Always very nice though. Read more
They tell you your orders next and then after another 10 minutes tell you that it's going to be a few more minutes for original... recipe and then after almost 30 minutes you MAY get your order! ???????? Never again Read more
