We love KFC, its always busy so other people obviously love it too. I?m glad it has survived staying open through the pandemic... since many other local restaurants did not. Unfortunately its service and food are struggling, not sure if the employees hateworking there but they are mean and rude, and the food you can tell is poor quality and just not the same. Colonel Sanderswould be embarrassed of the rock hard biscuit I got today, and the watery mash potatoes. ???? Sign/online says they close at 12:00 so it kind of sucks to arrive 50 minutes before closing to find everything shut down early... and the staff joking inside only to hide when they see me pull up. I drove up to the drive thru today 7-21-22 at 2:30pm and I ordered the 12 pc meal only to be told that I had to wait 30 minutes... for my chicken.
