I will not ever give my business to this Jersey Mike?s as they obviously don?t train their employees to put the customer in... front if their face, wanting to buy, first. I went in to order a cheesesteak. No other customers were in the store at the time.The employee said it was going to be a 10 minute wait because he had to cut lettuce first. I said, you have to cut lettucebefore you make my cheesesteak? I don?t need lettuce & I?m standing in front of you ready to order. I had went there to order sandwiches as I was flying home. I paid almost $17 for the long sandwich and there was barely any meat... on it. My husband offered the half bread and there was barely any meat on his either. For the price we paid we should have gotat least double if not triple the meat on it. Will never order from them again. They sent me a regular sub when I had paid for the XL, so this trip was on the house, which really wasn't necessary, I was... willing to just be "made whole" and get the difference, but the mngr. My god, 30 minutes to get a sandwich?.. this place needs support. Line is out the door and you have one Associate cleaning... windows while the other two can?t keep up. Needs better management and priority settings. Read more
