1. If you order online and want to pick it up, you need to remember what you ordered exactly for them to look it up. They can't... find your order by your first/last name or by order number. 2. If I come into the store and stand in front of the pick up orderarea, there is no need to ask what menu item to get started on making. 3. Also, perhaps due to the pandemic, the staff has ashort fuse on certain days. If you don't remember what you ordered they have said 'we have 12 bowls in the fridge, you need toremember what you ordered'. If you happen to mention 'acai bowl', that isn't adequate or specific enough. It has to be thespecific name shown on the menu. Read more
The staff was friendly and helpful but at the end Loya forgot the critical topping ingredient in my bowl. She substituted the... chia seeds? The oatmeal was too much and they were not toasted. Missing honey drips... Bowl was very plain now. Read more
