Walked in 45 mins before they closed. Out of rice and out of shrimp. Didn?t offer to make new rice (about 12 mins to make) and... didn?t offer a different option for the shrimp ? emailed the owner and guess what ?? No answer. Stay away. The best customer service of any restaurant I've ever been to, every single time, how in the hell do you pull that off when the... primary aspect of your job is to scoop poke that I point at into my bowl? I marvel at how they take every opportunity to makeyou feel genuinely cared about every single time I come here. Clearly it comes down to hiring and training but it seems genuinebecause it is and you can't train that, only screen for it in interviews but for a person to be able to see that takesincredible people skills and intuition.
