I live in the La Costa Hills 4 min away, but every time I order delivery it takes 2 - 2.5 hours to get it for some reason.... Lincoln canceled my order tonight after I put it in 30 min prior to closing. Not the first time this has happened, actuallyabout the fourth. This pizza chain has officially lost my business since being a huge fan for about a decade, and they neverseemed to recover since Covid started with any sort of customer service or efficiency. Consistently awful experience and I?m finally done. This last time with them was the straw that broke the camels back. They... cant accurately estimate delivery times, don?t answer their phones, drop your call when you?ve been on hold for 10 mins, and areoverall rude and unhelpful. Last night I ordered a pizza well before the cut off time, and the employees decided they just didn?t feel like making it. So... they canceled my order prior to the store closing. When you call to order it is an answering service that doesnt help when there is an issue with your order. I tried 3 cards and... cash, none of them went thru. so they transfer me to the store so you can stay on hold for 30-40 minutes..I even tried orderingonline. NO LUCK...this is the 2nd time I have had issues with Domino's at different t stores...guess it's time to find a newpizza place Read more
I rarely post reviews but this time i really could not control myself. Ordered 4 medium pizza and when i get there they even... forgot to prep the 4 th one. When i get home saw half of my pizza does not even have a topping on them and the other half whereburnet. Call them and they act with an attitude which really put me on fire. This location is only less than 3 minutes from my home... wherever I opt for delivery my order always goes out on a double... delivery and the drivers will literally pass my home in order to make the other delivery first! I always order my pizza withoutthe garlic oil and they always apply it then they credit me with a pizza for another time only to A) put garlic oil on the pizzaor B) the pizza be made in pr condition! It really upsets me because I have 3 boys who love dominos and it's the only one in myarea that's close or delivers to my home and management doesn't seen to care because they have this leverage! I ordered a largecarry out because my last order took over a hour to get to my home again I'm across the street from them and they could not tellme where the driver was with my order and so I pick up my pizza only to get home with garlic oil on the crust so they credit myaccount days later I ordered the samething lrg handtossed pepperoni with no garlic oil and I received a large what looks like athin crust and taste like day old reheated pizza! Ordered two pizzas for a quick dinner. I described the pizza that was delivered, and he then asked me if I was unsatisfied with... my pizza after being clear that I was. Sounded unapologetic but issued a credit to my account. Pizza sucked. Read more
Absolute worst service/food E-VER!Wherever I go in this country-I always order Dominos-well-NOT anymore.Cold,hard day-old pizza... with the most minimal of cheese/toppings.The cheese appears to have been applied with a SQUEEGEE!
