Terrible experience don?t bother a small ice cream here cost $7.99!!! The person making my order didn?t even know what went in... the ice cream order looked lost. Ice cream taste old and the whole shop was dirty , everything everywhere. Dirty floors and workspaces for staff. My husband is currently have stomach issues, because everything tasted old. We ended up throwing away fullcups of ice cream, because it was so awful ! Please refund me as this was the worst ice cream experience !! If you know just goto handles for the best quality , should have went there first ! Read more
3 half size kid size ice creams and one adult size scoop $22.50 And one of the orders was incorrect.

We are on vacation and have been to the Carlsbad location twice for a hot fudge sundae only to be told their hot fudge dispenser... is not working. Guess we will has to drive to Baskin Robbins. Read more

Expensive. The guy just charged me $9 for two scoops, and some M&Ms. And I asked for a kids size?!?
Was excited to get some ice cream after a date and their hours posted on Google said 1030pm. Get to the store at 950 and they... were closed with hours posted on the door that they close at 9pm. Update the hours or something. Read more
