Incorrect order. I contacted the store and was told that they had made the assumption I wanted something different and changed... the order. Such a hassle to get a refund that I needed to go through the bank to have the charge removed. I used to LUV Carl's Jr. The size & quality has gone down & the prices are up - but prices are up everywhere. The wheat buns you... could ask for forever are now gone. & I don't like white bread. & the hamburger meat wasn't very good. You have to upgrade tothe Angus beef I guess if you want a good hamburger. 12/28/21: the dining room is not open. Drive thru is the only option available and can take a long time, especially when the... drive thru operator skips cars/doesn't communicate with cars until they get to the window so you have to wait for food to beprepared. Read more
First off, terrible customer service. We were asking how big one of the burgers are and the guy was talking like as if he was... high and asking what size combo we wanted instead of answering our question of how big one of the burgers are. Secondly, wecalled the phone number on the receipt to talk to a manager about it and they left us waiting on the phone 40 minutes while wecan hear them goofing off laughing with each other. Thirdly, we both became sick from the meal (food poisoning) really fast.What?s with the terrible service? AND terrible food? Is the meat even real? The chicken tenders were semi-burnt blobs. The fries barely filled the cup, the least amount I've ever seen. I went to the... counter and she said she'd have to give me a refund because they ran out of any more. She also asked if I wanted to ordersomething else instead. I just took the money and left. She should have given me a refund AND something else for free in myopinion. I ordered inside and in the time it took to get my order,at least. 20 cars had gone through the drive thru. Read more
