What a dump. We stopped in to dump our RV tanks and they had the fresh water turned off so we couldn't rinse our tanks or hoses.... The RV dump area had used gloves and rags everywhere and when we parked, there were vans and trucks parked in the RV spots. Theinside of the store is just as bad. Garbage everywhere, the bathrooms were dirty and soaked in urine. We also witnessed fightsand drug deals in the parking lot. We had to stop here as it's the only game in town for RV sanitation services. Otherwise we'dnever stop here again. Read more
I took my reset here over the weekend went inside Sunday morning to do laundry, the room was filthy I know the employees didn?t... make the mess it was the driver?s but it was disgusting the bathroom was almost as bad but the worst things are the trash andurine bottles and just hogs dumping the urine bottles out on the ground. I was on my way to biking the nearby LeTort Spring Natural Trail but stopped here for a slice of pizza. Somehow the young lady... cashier didn't like me very much. When it was my turn, she stepped away from the cash register and went to the hot food section.From there she greeted the gentleman behind me, not sure if they knew each other, but I realized she had just skipped me. Themanager seemed to have made the same observation and exchanged glance with me. I shrugged my shoulder. The manger came andasked what I needed then instructed the young lady to ring me up. I wanted a drink to go with the slice of pizza, so she toldme to get it at the fountain machine without ringing me up. When I came back of course now there were 2 new customers in frontof me. I felt vert frustrated that she literally gave me a run-around. The other cashier's on the other side saw me andflagged me over to his cash register and rang me up. The extra star is for him! Thank you!! This facility was clean and thepizza was good, but the service I received from the first cashier was unacceptable. PS. This was not my first visit, but it'sstill confusing to me what each cashier register is for, or if there's is a difference. Read more
We love FJ most Truckers do. But if you have this kind of shower service your gonna lose many drivers out there. The manager... should pay more attention to his co-employees. The shower room that we had was nasty, really nasty. Sorry for the photo guy'sbut people especially costumers should know this. Costumers deserves a right and good service. Read more
RV friendly! RV fueling lanes and a dump station (wish we had known about that beforehand). Signage could be better for RVs -... it was clear where trucks and cars needed to go, but not RVs. The cashier greeted us when we walked in the door which was verynice. Read more
Parking is horrible!!! They allow everyone to park in the driveway & around the scale & pretty much anywhere (but charge for... parking that they hardly enforce) could barely get on the scale. Every single fuel island was either occupied (1 person actuallyfueling) or closed off & it took over 45 mins to get a prime parking spot that we paid for & Denny's closes early & Google Mapsshows other food but it's also Denny's. The PFJ food looks like terrible & old... so much for being there for the 24/7 drivers Read more
