I think I'll avoid this Arby's for a few months to let the employees focus on learning some customers service skills ( or at... least faking it well enough that the customer wouldn't notice). The lady that took my order was texting on her phone while Iordered my food, she seemed more annoyed with my existence than anything else, when she gave me my food I asked for my cup andshe seemed annoyed about that too. Half the tables needed cleaned, the restroom was a mess, and two of the employees when itslowed down took a seat at a clean table and played on their phones.
