The hotel is very dated, carpets need to be changed out. Did not know that the pool and hot tub were not working til we checked... in. Lounge did not open til 4:30 in the afternoon. Lighting in the room was poor, food service was slow but food was good. Read more
The hotel is extremely dated. The pool and hot tub haven?t been utilized in 3 years. The pool is full of stagnant water that... smells horrible of which all balconies overlook. If you try to open your balcony door you are hit in the face with the stenchhumidity and about 120 degree temps. Would not recommend this place. Read more

Travel back in time and stay there, spend the night in a room that was updated when it was build. Or maybe sometime before the... end of the last century. Very friendly staff at the front desk will do their best to help you enjoy your stay. They do have agym, with adequate equipment. You can also dine at their restaurant, or walk across the street (recommend it), and have a goodmean. Just ask them to not use salt while making your meal. Best hotel in Caribou! Read more
Staff was friendly. The cleaning staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They do such a wonderful job!! Cleanest smoking room I have ever... stayed in. And the pillows? By far some of the best pillows I've ever used while away on vacation. Would highly recommend !! Read more
While the staff were wonderful, cheerful friendly, the pool was closed (no mention of that on website) the attached restaurant... closed at 8pm the night I arrived (after 7pm) & won't be re-opening until 7/11. Because staff needed a break before summerstarted. My bed was as very hard & maid service was terrible. Oh & the breakfast supplied in the lobby since the restaurant wasclosed was microwaved breakfast sandwiches with muffin or donut. We did get a banana. Read more
