Decided to go Waffle House last night on 10/12 and was trying to place my order for pick up over the phone. Called 6 times, 2... times they picked up the phone and hung it up. Ended up just going and placing my order in the restaurant. They were somewhatbusy, I wouldn?t say jam packed. As I was standing to place my order. Waited 10 minutes to try and place an order, I noticed thephone was off the hook. I guess this was to not hear the phone ringing. And the cordless phone was in the back because a ladyworker came in and got it from the back and put it on the counter in the front. This is absolutely uncalled for anddisrespectful. This is happening at this restaurant with an assistant store manager on duty?? Like that?s very uncalled for andI?m pretty sure that restaurant lost out on some money last night because of it. Ate there this morning, I was very impressed!! The place was clean, our server was very busy, and good, she cleaned the... restaurant as she served us with a smile. I like to add, that I never been to a Waffle House that was clean inside, this placechanged that!! Keep up the good work. Read more
I've never had a bad meal there. It's Waffle House, so the servers are friendly but it's Waffle House.
