Courteous employees. Best Popeyes food we have ever had. Everything was fresh and portions were good. We were just traveling... through , our stop was just to eat a bite until we could sit and enjoy a meal. This meal was surprisingly filling and enjoyable. Read more
I can honestly say that this is the only location that is always missing something I ask for. It amazes me that any restaurant... can continuously be out of certain things everytime I visit. The chicken has always been dry to the texture just short of jerkywith the exception of one visit that I can remember. I use to frequent Popeyes before I moved into the area that this Popeyes islocated in. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the service has always been pleasant. Update: 9/11/22 Thisis by far the worst Popeyes that I have ever visited. I pulled in the drive thru and literally sat there for 10 minutes beforelosing my patience and shouting into the mic. I was then greeted with a hey I'm sorry, what can I get you. I was then told asusual they did not have spicy chicken and there would be a wait that she was unsure how long the wait would be. At this pointthey honestly need to fire the whole crew and management and start fresh because there's always an issue whenever I visit thislocation. My advice is if you have a little extra time, just visit the the location on Willow. The service and food is just tentimes better there. Read more
My wife and I visited Popeyes about two weeks ago. After ordering in the drive thru, I inquired about a sr citizen cold drink... for my wife (they usually give her one). Well the manager heard me and told the girl at the window to close the window. Shedidn't just close the window, she slammed it in my face. I parked in the parking lot then called corperate regarding this. Ittook about two weeks of calling for someone to call me back. I inquired about a meal from Popeyes for me and my wife with noresponse from anyone. So they will take your money then mess up your order. If you're missing any items or they get your ordertotally wrong, they will say you got what you ordered so they will not replace the meal or anything. If employees are extremelyugly and rude to you, again nothing will be done. So I would stay as far away from this Popeyes as I possibly can. If I couldgive them zero stars I would Read more
Good, fast, and friendly service. The only thing I saw that needed attention was the overall cleanliness of the store. The walls... looked the hadn't been wiped in some time and coming from the food industry, especially fast food, cleaning the walls wasalways on your store checklist. Read more
