Walked in @ 8:00 PM (they close at 9:00) We could tell immediately we were not wanted! Sweeping, mopping wiping tables. The gurl... at register said ?I?ll be with y?all in a moment?. Phone rang, she answered & took a phone order before our order! After beingtold they only had one type of cheese, we figured out the drink machine had nothing but Coke. I love firehouse subs, but this location was just not it. They got my order wrong as well as all of the people I was with. They... also took far too long to make the sandwiches. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 4 cookies. Only received the sandwiches. Manager did say I can go back anytime for my... missing items, to just use his name. But the sandwiches were so soggy it?s basically inedible. I usually use the Kaliste Saloomlocation and never had this bad of an experience. Very disappointed. Read more
They closed earlier than advertised. I was hungry, hadn't eaten all day. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing to pick up... a sub and they were closed. I understand people want to leave as soon as possible after closing but still.... At least advertisethat you close at 8:45..... Read more

I order at meatball sub it was OK, but hardly had marinara sauce on it. Next time I will try a different sub!
