Worst experience possible. I enjoy Burger King and never have had any problems until today. Asked for a Double whopper and... received whatever baby sandwhich this is. Also asked for a Whopper with only cheese and mayo and the workers decided to be funnyor something and put a ton of mustard. Edit: also asked for a dr.pepper and they gave me tea. Read more

I just moved here to Carencro and decided to give butler king a try. My recommendation is don?t bother with them. I pulled up... to the drive through. Took the girl a long time to answer (no cars ahead of me and none in the parking lot), she was notprofessional at all. I gave her my order. She messed it up but I couldn?t read the screen because it was broken. I asked for herto repeat it back to me she did and sure enough it was wrong. I tried to explain what to fix she sighed loudly like it was abother to do so. The manager got on and asked what was wrong so I again tried to explain. She cut me off and very rudely to justpull to the window. About 6 had gotten into line after me. I pulled up but didn?t bother to stop at the window I just left. Iwas afraid with all of the attitude from the ladies working the window, someone would spit in my food. Read more
Not sure how to explain, how bad things were here. Burger King makes the best food. But has the most horrible experience ever.... I?ve never been to this location before, and probably never will be back. First off the front doors were locked, in the middleof the day, with customers inside. When a customer came out they told us that the employee that lock the door said she was goingto the managers house, then lock the door. So we went through the drive-through, placing two separate orders. The drive-throughis taking so long that I placed my order on the app for pick up at the drive through. My son placed his order as usual, and gavethem a code for a buy one get one free whopper. When we got to the window the lady told him that his order was 17 something, andhe asked why it was so much, and she told him this is Burger King, it?s always expensive. She got another code from him it madethe price go down. They also would not let us drive to the pick up window until they had the order ready, apparently they werecheating a timer at the pick up window. The employees also were not very friendly. update: i increased to 3 stars because the new recipe of spicy chicken sandwich seems to taste better. but new spicy chicken... sandwich ones with the hot sauce taste ok and they not that bad. but they better then those old nasty spicy chicken sandwichthat taste from the microwave but this burger king is still not good place to eat.
