I don't know if it's just this location, but the young man at the window literally told me it's illegal for him to give me a... dome lid for my blizzard. 5 minutes later, when I took the normal kid off, the partially-melted blizzard dripped on my car seat,my pants, and my steering wheel. Didn't feel like an experience that was Pro-customer at all. Likely will never return to thislocation. Read more

I came in and I stood for quite a while before I was even noticed. The bathrooms were blocked off and when I asked to use them... I was denied because they had been cleaned for the night. It was 9pm. I checked store hours and DQ says it closes at 10:30.Really disappointed, but at least the food was good. Read more
This was the most wonderful experience I?ve had at a fast food restaurant, I loved every minute of it. The wonderful lady behind... the counter was lovely and brought our food out to us very quickly and the lad making the blizzards even stepped out of his wayto bring us extra napkins and add extra Reese?s pieces to our ice cream. This Dairy Queen consistently serves the best fast food in town. Efficient and friendly service. Now that the provincial REP... program is no more, the dining room is open to customers. This DQ didn't participate in the discrimination against unvaccinatedcustomers. Read more
For a fast food I give it a 4/5 since it isn't of my taste. Its been rated the top DQ in Alberta many times for years. Great... direct service and very good job with its ice cream products & cakes. Read more
