We fell into this pit dodging a downpour. Don't make the same mistake. Too much garlic and too few creative or healthy recipes.... It's a run-down hold -over from another era. Time for a total makeover. Yuck! Read more

Staying in Encinitas for the weekend and we came across this delightful restaurant. Delicious food, great service and a killer... view of the Pacific. Absolutely perfect. Read more

The food here is amazing! Service was exceptional. We started with an appetizer Cuori di carciofi al forno con gamberetti... (Baked artichoke hearts with provolone cheese, garlic and Parmigiano, served with tiger shrimp.) and had Saltimbocca alla Romana(Scaloppine topped with prosciutto, sage and mozzarella in a white wine sauce. Served with sauteed vegetables and spaghettiaglio e olio.) for our main course. Before dinner they served us the best fresh baked bread. I can?t recommend this placeenough! Read more

This restaurant is tucked away and if I didn't have my GPS on, I would have driven right past it. Parking is limited in the back... and if you park on the side, make sure you have a SUV like vehicle to deal with the significant road dip, otherwise say goodbyeto your car's undercarriage. It wasn't the best Italian food I've ever had, but it was leaps and bounds above americanizeditalian and did remind me of Italy. We tried the pizzas and pastas, the pizza had great flavors, but the crust was a littlethicker than what I've experienced in Italy. The house chianti is worth trying. The staff did an amazing job and were kind, friendly, and made the family dinner a great experience. We heard that sometimes they have live music, we didn't experience itwhen we were there but we plan on going back, exploring the menu more, and trying another house wine. Read more

You need to go and form your own opinion. But kinda the best food in North County San Diego. Sunset patio dining can't be beat.... Shhhh...keep it our little secret. Read more

So I hadn't been here for a while, but I was not disappointed. The artichoke appie is too for for, my wife adores it. The... portions are good and the flavors are amazing. I suggest you sit in the dining room so there is room for me at the bar. Enjoy. Read more

Great service, lovely location. generous portions. We got the calamari & zucchini fritti app, tagliatelle bolognese, and pollo... al marsala, and all were delicious. We definitely want to try more of their seafood next time. They have their own parkingbehind the restaurant and their online menu has photos of the food so you know what you?re getting. Read more

It was a beautiful evening to sit outside and have some Italian food. The menu was huge and we asked our server, Joey, for some... recommendations. He hit the mark. My son wanted carbonara and Joey recommended the Parpadelle noodles, which were fantastic. Thegnocchi and scallops had so much flavor. My wife loved her alle vongole. Our dog also enjoyed the meatball that Joey brought toher. The tiramisu and molten lava cake were a great way to end a delicious meal. We have to g back and try the pizza next. Read more
