Dining room closed again today during lunchtime. App is often closed for pickup orders during lunchtime. Wait times to be served... when dining room is open are far too long everytime! No idea what is going on here! So frustrating when you lose a bunch of timeduring work lunch break to get a coffee. Hire more people! If they quit, Hire more! Offer incentives or higher pay!! I asked for 2 ice caps made with chocolate milk, 2 everything bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese and a crispy chicken... cilantro rice bowl!! I ended up with 2 ice caps made with cream NOT chocolate milk, 2 everything bagels with NO cream cheese anda rice bowl with slow cooked chicken that looked like dog food!! .... Instead of enjoying a little lunch with a friend, I amsitting here in Harbour grace attempting to call a phone number for tim hortons that continues to give me a busy signal or ringsthrough to state that "the customer I am trying to reach in unavailable" .... You would have enough time to catch a plane to Columbia, pick coffee beans, roast them and bring back the coffee, make yourself... a pot and still have enough time to think about your life goals compared to sitting at this drive through. This is the slowest Tim Hortons in the province. This review isn't based off of one slow interaction. This review is based off... of the consistent wait times, served with a side of mistakes that I've encountered every since moving here. If you don't want tobe late for work, try the McDonald's or the North Atlantic gas station. Shell has decent coffee as well. Read more
Absolutely loves the Tea, Not always gets the order right. But still goes twice a day if not more ????
