I requested a personalized cake with a personal image on it. The staff were pleasant and helpful on the phone, great service... with email (to assist in sharing the image for the cake) and in person the staff are polite and amazing and equally greatservice for the drive through. They help many local initiatives in the community and they have a great respect for each otheras co workers but great employee support from management protecting their workers from any rude irate individuals. Especiallyhelping to teach and protect the youth that are employed or the stressful times of Covid. We never had any issues ever with ourfrozen treats or fast food. I rarely have encountered a business that has such quality of products, services and employeespirit. I commend the people working, managing and owning this establishment. Read more
