It was take-out only. That's fine, but it limited our selection. We tried the Italian beef and pizza. The beef was tender and... not fatty. I liked that it was dry with au jus on the side since the bread with to-go beef can get soggy. The pizza was similarto Pag's with a crispier crust and a sweeter sauce. The service was great. IVs is one of our favorite places in the area. Pizza is delicious but if you have too many toppings on a large pizza, the center... pieces can be a little undercooked. Sandwiches can be hit or miss and the salad bar is always a must! Pitcher prices are greatand they have a huge outdoor seating area with private tables all around the back part of the building. Free ice cream withmeals is a plus! Read more

Graffiti all over the walls was weird with no explanation. Signs needed to direct you when you walk in. Food was okay but could... use less sauce and more meat in the ravioli. Read more

If you believe that American Cheese should never be featured in Mexican cuisine, this review might be for you. I do not... understand the hype about the Alfredo sauce here. I am so glad that I didn't get it on my pizza and instead decided to order itover pasta. I found the Alfredo sauce to be very thin and watery and lacking in flavor. This is something salt and pepper couldnot fix. She needs more cheese. She needs heavy cream. If you told me this dish was made with heavy cream I wouldn't believeyou. Now. The pizza. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and I'm so damn glad I did. The redeeming dish. The one that deserveshype. The red sauce is on point, it's perfectly seasoned and paired beautifully with their cheese blend. I love when thathappens! This is crave worthy pizza. The actual crust didn't seem to be anything special, but it also didn't take away fromthe perfectly married saucy cheese experience. This is thin crust pizza, if you want thick crust head over to Quattro's. Thisreview is 5 stars for the pizza, 4 because I made a mistake and ordered the Alfredo. Read more

Had the Alfredo and toasted ravioli. Superb. Had a piece of a friend's supreme pizza. It was all so good. Yet another Carbondale... staple. If we lost this place, where would we be. It's a shame to see older places being fazed out so often. I love this place. So many memories. Playing the arcade games as a kid. Hurting to eat so I could go play . Man. What's a place. I recommend theItalian beef highly to others. And there's something special about their pizza here. Gotta try. Everyone. Don't know what you'remissing. Read more

Italian Village is a delight!! Get your thin crust well done for an extra crispy crunch. I got the Italian beef round with chips... and a blue moon. Check out their patio. It's spacious and beautiful. My only suggestion would be I wished they have live music.Their outside patio is perfect for music. Read more
