The woman today at 10:30 am working the right register was extremely rude to me. I told her I had a pizza order and needed $50... on 12. She gave me a dirty look and told me I order over at the pizza and pay there (which I already had online.) And then askedwhere I needed $16, not $50. She asked me if I had Casey's rewards and I started to tell her my number like they always ask andshe interrupted me and told me to enter it in the card reader. I then picked up my pizza and went to leave and she yelled at me'EXCUSE ME? EXCUSE ME?' and asked if I paid online which I had already told her. I then ended up having to go back insidebecause somehow my gas purchase deauthorized. I was trying to be polite the whole time but it's kinda hard to when you've gotsomeone ticked off that you even came in the store. I ordered 3 lg pizzas they were hot a delicious. I recommend it highly.

This was the WORST saturday experience at Casey's mainstreet location. I went in hungry and asked 2 buy a sandwich....well the... guy in back said he was busy with an order of pizzas (which wasn't a problem) said he would be right with me. Then he arrivesto deli without a clue how to make sandwiches. I asked if he knows which is cotto salami..he has no idea (????) then he said hereally can't help me because all he eats is ham & cheeze (????????) then i ask how much 2 slices of pizza are...he said you haveto ask him...another clerk up front...he said he even doesn't know the price of 2 slices either....ok....i am so done at thatlocation...GIANT CITY location is much older but by far SUPERIOR SERVICE there....why is Casey's not trainning theiremployees!!!??? I went in ordered 2 pizzas- Taco & BBQ Beef ????. GREAT customer service and enjoyed my wait talking with workers. I get my gas... & free air from here as well...glad to have a closer and new Casey's near me ????????????. Read more
