Marble Distillery and the Distillery Inn are a true gem nestled into the heart of Carbondale. My group stayed at the Inn for an... event we were having here, and the staff was so accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. I was delighted by the simple elegance ofthe space the moment I stepped into my room. The bed is SO comfortable, I got a great nights sleep. And so many thoughtfuldetails are baked into every room. <3 The Distillery itself is beautifully designed inside and out. Every space is thoughtfullyplanned and gorgeous. I enjoyed a number of awesome cocktails including the expresso martini, a [few] campfire martinis, andmany tastings! My favorite are hands down the small batch vodkas (like the smooth vanilla) as well as the moonlightexpresso. Do not hesitate on staying here, you will not be disappointed! My family LOVES Marble Distilling and the Distillery Inn. This place is beyond comparison. During my wedding weekend in... Carbondale in June 2022, my family booked all five rooms in the inn, and we had an amazing stay. Every detail is intentional.The views of Mt. Sopris are breathtaking. The showers and bedding are sensational. The location is central. Taken together, itcreates such a luxurious hotel experience, but at a reasonable rate. The staff (looking especially at you, Jessica!) iswonderful and so hospitable. We also rented out the distillery tasting room for an after party after our wedding reception, andman, it was perfect ? great cocktails, great staff, great ambiance. My husband and I will return to Marble Distilling again andagain, staying here every time we're in the Roaring Fork Valley. This whole establishment gets 10 stars from me. Run, don'twalk! Read more

Truly unique and the best place to stay in Carbondale! We've visited at least once a year since 2017. All of the rooms are very... comfy and well appointed but for us the Moonlight Suite is the best way to go. And you just can't beat the fact that the inn isattached to a working distillery and tasting room. In the tasting room you'll find great cocktails and spirits along with sometasty eats. As if all that wasn't enough, we love their commitment to sustainability, which they're always seeking to improveupon. There's no better place to get your drink on and your sleep on! Read more

Though we didn't stay at the Inn, we had a chance to experience the distillery/bar for several hours. OMG...if you like... excellent distilled spirits, support sustainable businesses (they literally don't waste anything), enjoy down to earth people,then this is a must-stop when in the area.
