Please spend your money somewhere else. The cashier did not say or word or recognize my presence even after offering a friendly... greeting twice. It always seems that at the busiest hour of the day, there is only one cashier. Even when there are multiple cashiers working,... there's only ever ONE using the register. This results in long lines that wrap halfway around the store. Always frustratedevery time I walk in there. Terrible. Read more

I went to the bathroom and there was no hand sanitizer or soap. I told the cashier and she said I could buy some or not get... anything at all, that it wasn?t her problem. She was so disrespectful. NEVER go to this gas station if you need to use therestroom. Read more

Excellent customer service and clean environment, this 711 excells my expectations from what I expect from a gas station.
Boooooo shame on you guys. We stopped to get gas today ( 8/6 ) and i went to prepay and the cashier was no where to be found. I... said " hello " and she said she was busy and to hold on. I waited, finally she came.....never said hi to me or " how can I helpyou " ,nothing!!!! She never even looked at me, i asked for $10 in gas , she rang me up threw the change in the counter andwalked away. This is why I stopped going to the Carbondale 7-11 the customer service is shit!!! The employee took 4 minutes to attend to me and because I spoke to him and he still told me, that you don't see that I'm baking... pizzas.
