I get off the bus at WaWa and going back to return disgusting food isnt an option. Dont waste your time or money withthe 1 in... Courthouse. Every night there are only 1 0r 2 flavors of coffee actuall open and for the second time I got old , cold, hardfries. Most nights Im waiting for them to stop talking so I can get service and Im fed up. Read more
The new store looks good but the service has really gone down. I went in the other day and ordered a simple toasted turkey... sandwich on wheat. When I got home I opened the sandwich and the only thing that was right was the turkey! They called my numberand I double checked the slip so I know it was my order. When I called in to let then know they apologized and said they wouldreplace it. I thought all was good but when I went in to get it there seemed to be an issue. I went up to the cashier as I wastold to do and she didn't believe me. She said she'd let me do it this time but she doesn't have any thing written down aboutit. I pulled out my phone and told her the exact time I called as I still have the call log. She said that was another shift.Dealing with customers properly isn't that difficult. I've worked customer service for years. It's not my fault for theemployees mistakes and I shouldn't be questioned when I try making it right. Read more
My girlfriend asked for Mint Juul cartridges to which the cashier Carol replied there aren't any at this register. She asked my... girlfriend and her daughter to step to the back of the line while she helps others.. We made it back to the register the lineswere smaller and Carol then asked the manager and and young gentleman in the deli for Mint cartridges.. which they replied theyare in the back.. no one went to retrieve them.. we were then asked to step out of line while everyone else was served.. Iwaited a few minutes and went over to the deli and asked for a manager which is when they finally retrieved the Juul cartridgesfrom the back.. Horrible customer service.. can't believe we were asked to step out of line while everyone else was taken careof and the lack of effort in from anyone else helping the cashier while she was having trouble at the register.. Also a week orso earlier we asked for Mint flavor cartridges and were given cucumber by the same cashier.. we got home and seen they were thewrong flavor.. we brought them back un-opened and asked them to exchange them for Mint.. we were told no refunds or exchangesafter there mistake.. Horrible customer service.. I love wawa.. I spend at least 20-30 a day at Wawa.. this one is bad! Read more
Great Wawa, staff is usually friendly and on point. Great to see if they have inventory if out of stock when asked. Between... 8-930 is busier and a lot quieter before and after the dinner rush. Recently, went for my usual and a carton of eggs.Accidentally dropped at the register, the cashier was a great guy and went into the back brought out a box of eggs and let mepick a new one immediately. Employee was throwing away perfectly good muffins and donuts from the bakery cases. I asked why. He said he is required to throw... it all away when the new stock is on the way. I said that was wasteful! He agreed, said the product was usually donated inother Wawas he worked at, but not here. This really upset me. He was a really nice kid too. Read more
Yes, great subs/hoagies/cheesesteaks/burrito bowls/coffee/frappes/smoothies and more, at good prices! Now, later at night, they... may look like they're closed if you don't see any cars.
