Today, 10/27/22 @ 4:15pm we pulled up to the drive in to give our order and the man said they were not taking orders. l said why... and he said there are two of us here and I don't get paid enough. While waiting to pull out onto Kingshighway we observed aconvertible pull up, give an order and proceed to the window to pay. I feel like we were discriminated against. Not sure why? Handed wrong burger, the doors were locked because of lack of employees so I walked in between cars to get my burger fixed... because the line was very long. The manager was sweet as could be knew exactly what had happened apologized profusely... She didnot hand me the burger that was mine already made that just happened to still be sitting there. Horrible service ordered multiple biggie bags the male that was in the window which pulled us to a spot. Which we sat for 45... minutes and food was cold husband went in to grab sauces which was forgotten and the manager made a big deal and try refusing usto get Any. This place needs to get some people willing to work. It is very understaffed to the point the dining room is closed, and this is... causing very long drive thru lines. Then the girl at the front had the gall to lie and tell me mobile orders were the only thingbeing accepted. I told the manager about this who was appreciative of me letting her know. Read more
Roll the dice and if you're lucky, you might get a strawberry (or hell any flavor of Frostee) cuz they say that the machine is... down. As a former rest. mgr/owner this means that they just had to simplify their menu due to the state of our economy and such.I'm sure they have trouble finding good reliable employees. Read more
Smh service has went downhill wait time is ridiculous the girl at the window taking orders was extremely rude and unpleasant.... When food was finally ready it was all thrust out the window by a different lady who was equally as rude as the first one shestuck all the bags out and once and said HERE and then attempted to pass all 3 drinks out at the same time and then proceeded toget huffy when could only grab 1 at a time to pass them out food wasnt hot was warm at the best fry box wasnt even half full ifwe hadn't of already paid we would have just left and went somewhere else Read more
08/10/2022 12:02pm My spicy chicken nuggets were cold. The blt crispy chicken I asked for no bacon had bacon. The strawberry... lemonade was not even lemonade. It was completely watered down. The only good thing out of my meal was the fries. I called thestore multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. I would like a refund. Read more
David the manager greeted me with a smile and was very professional seem to love his job. Everyone I interacted with was very... friendly. The food was so delicious my family and I will definitely be going back. There breakfast sandwiches was the best weever tasted. Read more
