Very clean, safe location. The employees are always courteous and professional, especially the young man working today at about... 5pm. He was slammed, had two kids yelling around the counter and punching chip bags, but still kept up. Whoever that was, givehim a raise. I'm taking one star away because he was doing it by himself. The other employee was stocking, but it's not enough.They need more employees. That could have taken half the time that it took. The new menu is also excellent. ???? Read more

Complaint: Staff rings up orders without giving you a chance to scan the app first to add or use points, then tells you it?s too... late to do it and refuses to rerun the sale. Case in point: Today the manager saw me using the app pulling up specials andlooking at my existing points. There was no rush since we were the only customers in line. Rather than scan the app so I couldget points to use on future orders, he rang up the sale and told me it was too late to redo it when I asked ??but what about mypoints?? Restaurant managers and employees should be familiar with how their app works, whether points must be added BEFORE thesale or can be added later. When they MUST be added in advance, employees should be instructed to ALWAYS ask customers if theywould like to use or add to their current points. There is no good excuse for failing to do this, especially when it involvestelling customers, ?Sorry, it?s too late now. You should have thought of it sooner. Giving you points is now impossible!? Withthe huge variety of restaurant apps today, it?s not reasonable to expect customers to remember how they all work. It isreasonable, however, for restaurants to know how their ONE app works and be able to assist customers with it. Because it?shappened to me several times at this location, today was the last straw. The fact that the place looks nice is far lessimportant to me than having a good experience there. Until/unless their attitude about customers improves, I won?t be back. Read more

Since its under new owner the store is so much better. Looks better food is never out of stock and you seem to get more than 2... slices of meat on a foot long. I will definitely be going back to subway. That short red head that was running it before washorrible. The store manager was nice but the lady above her was what brought the store down. I feel like she gave up thru theyears. Read more

Love Subway! Just walk in and smell that fresh baked bread! Then build your favorite sandwich with all the veggie trimmings you... love. Yum! Don't want the bread, then try their soups or salads! Called and had a pickup order, the lady was super nice and verified my order. Everything was correct and very fresh. She even... wrote a note in the wrapper that said Have a good day, enjoy! That was Awesome! Thanks so much. That's why I use that Subwayfriendly and fresh food. Read more
