The cheesesteak burrito was delicious. Good value too considering the jr size is more than enough for me. Soda is only pricey... first time. Keep those cups $1 refill next time! Read more

Good food, nothing else like it around. But, they have had absolutely terrible service lately. There?s nothing like watching... the 20-30 people who ordered after you, get their food, eat and leave. When I asked why we haven?t received our order after 30minutes, I was told that ?only 1 fryer is working?. That?s not a valid excuse whatsoever. You can fry foods for a party of 7that ordered after us, and the other 20-30 people, but not our party of 2? Then they have the audacity to act like I?m the badguy for POLITELY asking about our order. We ordered 2 chicken dirty fries and when they FINALLY arrived after 30-40 minutes, they had clearly been reheated. At this point, our lunch break was already over so we had to get to-go boxes and leave. I?vecontemplated on making a review from my previous experiences, but i decided to hold off because I usually like to give it acouple more chances before I do. I understand that businesses have bad days, it happens. I completely get that. But it?shappened the last handful of times now, and today was the worst experience out of them all. So I leave it 2 stars. I recommendthe food highly, but I would call it in and get it to-go. Because that seems to be the only people they care about gettingorders to. Read more

I placed an order at about 12:50 for a dirty fry at 1:45 using Toast Takeout. I arrived at the store at 1:45 and was told my fry... would be done soon, was given a cup in the meantime, then I waited at the table in front of the store. The person working theother register kept assuring me that my food would be out shortly. After 45 minutes of waiting, I decided to cancel my order. The person that I spoke to about canceling my order (the same person who handed me a cup when I arrived) said "oh you placed anorder?". No idea what happened here, I've never had a bad experience like this before, but it was pretty frustrating. Read more
