I should have listened to the reviews. Called before going they just kept hanging up. Went in to try the new chicken sandwich.... The service was unprofessional. When they get it right, this is five star food. Problem is they often miss by over seasoning the wings. When they go easy on... seasoning, you can expect excellent flavor. However without fail they usually souse at least one batch of wings in sauce and itis jarring. The fries are pretty much always good and the tenders are the star of the show. The rolls... whew... when they areactually fresh with a healthy amount of butter on them they are fantastic. Unfortunately they frequently taste like day oldbread and rarely have more than a light brush of butter. I was tempted to give them three stars but we routinely order fromthem still since we really do like their offerings more often than not. Could be a five star wing joint with some adjustments. I'm willing to bet any amount of money , all the people that left cry baby reviews are still regular customers here ... There is... no better wing place in Lee County or even SW Florida in general. The food is so fresh and tasty and they actually give decentsize boneless wings compared to competitors . More for your money . I hope they put my review on top because I can't begin tobelieve this place could have under a 4 star rating . The staff has always been awesome here , not one complaint. The food isinsanely delicious . Highly recommend the fried Cajun Corn as a side . See you again very soon ???????????????????? Read more
The boneless chicken and the spicy sauce was so wonderful, but didn't burn my mouth. But seriously, the spicy was great. One... thing I didn't like, it was the french fries had to much salt. Just next time, ask for salt. Read more
Clean restaurant Courteous staff Good wings .... Hot wings ???????????????????? 11 flavors of hot and mild wings ... Very... quiet..... Clean bathroom.... The cashier didn't greet me... I had a feeling I was disturbing her peace and quiet.... Thecashier didn't seem she wanted to be there. I can't blame her with the minimum wages but a smile goes a long way. A smile canchange someone else's day.... You guys should put that in your orientation materials.... The TV's could you a little volume tobuild some kind of ambiance... So, this place is really good. Bathroom was really clean in there as well. My only complaint would be that it was 78° outside... and about 42° inside. We wound up eating on the tailgate of my truck. Not the worst thing ever but I?d go there again. I?lljust bring a jacket next time. Read more
