This Wendy's is horrible. There were 6 employees not really knowing what to do, they were not wearing gloves & the manager... seemed to not know what she was doing. Drive thru is open but we had to go inside, which I believe it was because the Manager (by the looks of her uniform), an older... lady, was confused or couldnt understand us? She looked lost, its ok, we were waiting patiently, np, but you give me an attitudeon my way out?????..the younger black girl with tatts was the one on point with the order and seemed to have the control therewith everything as she helped us and was checking on the fries, listening to the orders on the headset.. hope you see this,shotout to you fam, thanks for the great service???????? -2 stars (Drive-thru closed and Manager's behavior) Read more

Okey, food was good but the problem comes here. I ordered thru the app and and choose to pick it up in the drive thru and when i... get there the girl in the speaker told us we had to go inside to pick up my order, insane because they had drive thru open andthey were taking orders, and you tell me you can?t give me my order in the window and has to be inside? What was the real reasonthat you can give orders that?s been taking in the speaker but you can?t give me my order, when i go inside the lady that was inthe drivethru had to do everything ,cause the old lady in front doesn?t even know English and i think she was the manager Read more

Well this really made my night. I admit I originally went to Arby's but they lost power. I had not been to a Wendy's in a while,... but now I'll be back. The workers at Arby's were incredibly rude, where as your workers were beyond nice. (Especially Trevalus)Polite, patient with a complicated order, and just friendly. Today was the slowest service ever. Not sure what the problem was Line was 15 cars deep.. took 35 minutes to get my... SINGLE... CHEESEBURGER ???? Must be short staffed or the manager was on vacation. Very very slow today. Read more

Waited 40 mins in the drive thru for our order to be completely incorrect, then we were denied a refund. No way were we driving... back to wait another 40 mins for them to remake it. I?ll just contact corporate. Fries were cold and soggy and only a halfportion. Not the first time they?ve ignored our order requests entirely. Read more

Pleasant employees but really a filthy store. The floor is slippery from the grease and the dining room is dirty and in... disarray. Watching the employees not wear masks properly and putting their fingers on their mouths then touching my food turnsmy stomach. One employee would work the register, then handle food, then stuff trash in an overflowing trash can then handlemore food. Truly disgusting. Read more

Wendy's is on a whole new level with breakfasts. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was perfect! The breakfast fries has good... seasoning, and was not overcooked. The frosty-ccino was the perfect blend of coffee and vanilla flavor, not too bitter, but nottoo sweet either. The breakfast was phenomenal! Read more
