Stopped there today and ordered a #6 which is a spicy chicken meal. Chicken was so hard couldn?t even bite it to chew it. The... fries were honest to god black & could not eat. Unfortunately I took the meal home. I called and was hung up on twice & the 3rdtime was told To Bad For You. Refused to put a manger in the phone. Never will go there again. The drive through is at least a15 minute wait. Worst food ever on Cape Coral Parkway. Read more

This place is filthy after 2 years of there doors being locked and the employees having full control over the inside of that... store it is in disrepair the staff is lazy. I saw the manager wearing house slippers while working I would not eat there whoknows what they do to the food Read more
This place isn't fast food. It's fast food quality served by employee's who are essentially the quintessential "I don't care"... poster people. It may simply be a sad sign of the time, however just a heads up... if you are willing to wait 15-20 minutes in adrive through line to eat low quality food be my guest. McDonald's seems to have better hold over their businesses ability toserve the public.. same street, same quality, just cross the street to McD's. Read more
I stopped by this place about a month ago with a group of friends while we were on a road trip and I can honestly say it's one... of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. We accidentally walked in after the lobby had closed and not only did the stafflet us use the bathrooms, they also let us order our food right inside and even offered us a table to sit at. Everyone workingthere was very polite and the food was easily the best food I've ever had from a Wendy's. I wish I would've gotten the names ofthe people behind the counter because you guys were awesome! Read more
I ordered for delivery a single cheeseburger and a loaded baked potato. When it got here it was stone cold. The bun on the... burger was so hard. The potato was cold as ice if possible. Totally unacceptable. I could not either and even after trying toreheat it was awful. Never again. Read more
The food was very nasty. But the one lady who was scrubbing walls was amazing and she should go work at McDonald's across the... street. They treat the employees grate and pay amazing. Wendy's has gone down a bad hill. Read more
Where do i start.. the longg hair in my burger or the fact that there was 2 cars ahead of me and it still took over a half... hour.. to get food that had hair cooked into it. Take your business elsewhere. $30 of food just to be thrown out. Read more
