First time to eat at a Waffle House Rest. Waffle and bacon were very good and the staff are extremely busy but polite and... customers seem to be pleased with their orders. Their downfall is the exterior grounds which needs garbage cleaned up and theentry has leaves and dirt from outside. These things can turn customers off before they ever go inside to eat. Possibly you needmore help to combat these issues. There was water on the floor behind the counter possibly from ice maker. This I would thinkwould be a safety hazard for workers. Read more
We love Waffle House but this was by far our worst experience at any Waffle House. The food was good, as usual. The attitudes of... staff completely ruined our breakfast. Zee was our waitress, potentially the manager as well, was terrible. I know their job isnot easy and they are busy but it is not okay to treat your customers so carelessly. Read more
Carey went above and beyond for me and my daughter this is our new breakfast spot to make memories at!! We go out to eat at so... many places but I have to say Carey has given the best service ever!!! ll definitely come back to see her again soon! Read more

I stopped for some hashbrowns and Sue took care of me, she greeted me with a friendly welcoming smile and got my order, made a... suggestion and got my additions 100% correct. The grill master did a fantastic job, it was fast fresh and hot ???? Thank youall, Great job!!! Read more

5/3/2022 7pm Was extremely nervous to drive in at dinner time and have zero cars in the parking lot, but we tried it out... anyway. We got our drinks immediately and our server was on point! Water was horrible. Coke was ok. Used the men's room beforeI ate and unfortunately it was gross. The dining room floor was a little dirty as well. Our food came out within five minutes.Hot and smelled delicious. We ordered the Texas toast bacon egg and cheese, and the sausage egg and cheese bowl with a side ofgravy. Not even sure if I took a breath while eating it because it was so good. DELICIOUS Very confusing as to why the servicewas excellent...the food was excellent...a little dingy inside and nobody was there... I'll be back.... Read more
I have never seen a cook so good at his job. He was full of pride and a breath of fresh air in our new service industry. He was... engaged with guest around him. He greeted guest as they came, helped deliver food and offered condiments! Our waitress did herjob and I have no complaints. The gentleman just stood out so I wish had his name. Read more
